(1) The licensee shall ensure that details and finishes comply with the plans review of Rule R432-4 and the following:

(f) finished ceilings are provided in areas where dust fallout may occur.

Mechanical equipment located on the same floor or above patient rooms, offices, nurses' stations, and similarly occupied space shall be effectively isolated from the floor.
