- (1) The licensee shall ensure that drainage piping is not installed within the ceiling or installed in an exposed location in food preparation centers, food serving facilities, food storage areas, central services, and other sensitive areas.
- (2) If an existing facility cannot avoid the use of piping in areas listed in Subsection R432-12-21(1), the licensee shall protect the space below from possible leakage, condensation or dust particles.
- (3) The licensee shall ensure that building sewers discharge into a community sewerage system and if a system is not available, the licensee shall treat sewage in accordance with local and state regulations.
