- (1) The licensee shall ensure there is adequate and safe heating and cooling equipment to maintain comfortable temperatures in the facility.
- (2) The licensee shall ensure that the heating system is capable of maintaining temperatures of 80 degrees F or 27 degrees C in areas occupied by residents.
- (3) The licensee shall ensure the cooling system is capable of maintaining temperatures of 72 degrees F or 22 degrees C in areas occupied by residents.
