1. (1) The licensee shall additionally comply with Section R432-4-19 and ensure compliance with the following modifications:

   1. (a) corridors in patient use areas are a minimum of eight feet wide;
   2. (b) handrails are provided on both sides of corridors and hallways used by patients that are 34 inches above the floor, except for areas serving children and other special care areas; and
   3. (c) fixtures in a resident toilet and bathroom are wheelchair accessible with wheelchair turning space within the room.

2. (2) The licensee shall provide the following:

   1. (a) plumbing, including medical gas and suction systems;
   2. (b) an emergency electrical service;
   3. (c) an onsite emergency generator connected to the recommended services in the plans review required in Section R432-4-12;
   4. (d) telephone;
   5. (e) nurse call;
   6. (f) heating equipment necessary to provide adequate heated space to house all patients under emergency conditions;
   7. (g) one duplex receptacle in each patient room;

   8. (h) one duplex receptacle at each nurse station;

      1. (i) duplex receptacles in the emergency heated area at a ratio of one for each ten patients; and
   9. (j) fuel storage capacity that permits continuous operation for at least 48 hours.
