1. (1) The following sections of the General Hospital Standards, Rule R432-100 shall apply to a substance use disorder specialty hospital when these services are adopted into, or are required by, the hospital's patient care service milieu:

   1. (a) R432-100-15, Critical Care Unit;
   2. (b) R432-100-20, Pediatric Services;
   3. (c) R432-100-22, Rehabilitation Therapy Services;
   4. (d) R432-100-23, Radiology Services;
   5. (e) R432-100-21, Respiratory Services; and
   6. (f) R432-100-36, Central Supply Services.
2. (2) Inpatient Hospice Rule 432-70 applies to a specialty hospital offering this service.
3. (3) Section R432-101-20, Inpatient Psychiatric Services applies to a specialty hospital offering this service.
