1. (1) If the licensee provides the following services, the applicable sections of Rule R432-100 shall additionally apply:

   1. (a) Anesthesia Services, R432-100-16;
   2. (b) Rehabilitation Therapy Services, R432-100-21;
   3. (c) Radiology, R432-100-22; and
   4. (d) Respiratory Care Services, R432-100-20.

2. (2) If the licensee provides the following ancillary services, the applicable sections of Rule R432-100 shall additionally apply:

   1. (a) Central Supply, R432-100-36;
   2. (b) Dietary, R432-100-33;
   3. (c) Laundry, R432-100-37;
   4. (d) Maintenance Services, R432-100-39; and
   5. (e) Housekeeping, R432-100-38.
