1. (1) A licensee shall ensure that the following individuals wear an identification badge:

   1. (a) any employee who provides direct care to a patient; and
   2. (b) any volunteer.

2. (2) The identification badge shall include the following information:

   1. (a) the person's first or last name; and
   2. (b) the person's title or position, in terms generally understood by the public.
