- (1) The Department provides CHIE an enrollment file of Medicaid beneficiaries.
- (2) The enrollment file contains the succeeding month's Medicaid enrollment.
- (3) CHIE enrolls Medicaid beneficiaries on the first day of the succeeding month.
- (4) The technical specifications published by UHIN and the Department's operating agreement with CHIE include detailed submission procedures and guidelines, including required data elements.
- (5) The Department uses a secure format to transfer any enrollment files to CHIE.
