(1) "Medicaid member" means an individual who receives assistance through any of the following programs:
- (a) Medicaid;
- (b) Utah's Premium Partnership for Health Insurance (UPP);
- (c) Baby Your Baby; and
- (d) Cost sharing programs that include Qualified Medicare Beneficiary, Specified Low-Income Medicare Beneficiary, and Qualified Individual.
- (2) "Program website" means the website for the Department of Health and Human Services Division of Integrated Healthcare, and the UPP website.
