- (1) This rule defines the scope of inpatient long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital services available to Medicaid members to treat disorders other than mental disease.
- (2) This rule is authorized by Subsection 1886(d)(1)(B) of the Social Security Act and Sections 26B-1-213, 26B-3-102, 26B-3-104, and 26B-3-108.
