- (1) An applicant and member must provide verification of eligibility factors as requested by the eligibility agency and in accordance with the provisions of Section R414-308-4.
- (2) The department shall enter into agreements with other government agencies as outlined in Section R414-301-3.
- (3) The eligibility agency shall safeguard information about applicants and members to comply with the provisions of Section R414-301-5.
