- (1) If a provider is sanctioned for a period exceeding 15 days, the department may notify the applicable professional society, board of registration or licensor, and federal or state agencies.
(2) The department shall include in the notice:
- (a) the findings made; and
- (b) the sanctions imposed.
- (3) The department shall timely notify any appropriate Medicaid member of the provider's suspension or termination from the Medicaid program.
