- (1) Once a provider is suspended or terminated, the department may only pay claims for services before the suspension or termination.
- (2) The department may suspend or terminate any individual, clinic, group, corporation, or other similar organization that allows a sanctioned provider to bill Medicaid under the clinic, group, corporation, or organization provider number.
