(1)(a) The council shall meet at least four times each year or more frequently, as determined by the executive committee.
- (b) Council staff shall provide notice of the intended meeting schedule to each voting member no later than the first meeting of each calendar year.
- (2) The executive committee shall meet monthly or as frequently as needed, as determined by the council chair and chair-elect, to facilitate executive committee work.
- (3) Each subcommittee shall meet monthly or as frequently as needed, as determined by the council chair and chair-elect.
(4)(a) Each meeting shall have an electronic meeting option.
- (b) Any council member attending electronically shall be counted as present at the meeting for quorum, participation, and voting requirements.
- (5) Each council meeting shall be conducted in accordance with Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act.
