- (1) The operator shall maintain each building, room, and piece of equipment, and the premises in a sanitary condition, free of an imminent health hazard.
- (2) Where necessary, any reasonable means shall be employed to eliminate or control infestations of vectors or pests within a public place, including approved screening or other approved control of outside openings in structures.
