1. (1) sewer services are made available to the body art facility or temporary body art facility;

2. (2) the sewer system serving a body art facility or temporary body art facility is designed, installed, and operated according to the requirements set forth by:

   1. (a) local health department and municipal regulations;
   2. (b) Plumbing Code; and
   3. (c) Title R317, Water Quality; and
   4. (d) the local sewer district with jurisdiction; and

3. (3)(a) wastewater from a body art facility or temporary body art facility is discharged to a public sanitary sewer system when available and practical for use; or

   1. (b) where connection to a public sanitary sewer is not practical at a body art facility or temporary body art facility, wastewater is discharged to an approved onsite wastewater disposal system.
