1. (1) the potable water supply system for use in a body art facility or temporary body art facility is designed, installed, and operated according to the requirements set forth by:

   1. (a) local health department regulations
   2. (b) Plumbing Code; and
   3. (c) Title R309, Drinking Water;
2. (2) the body art facility and each toilet room is provided with potable water; and
3. (3) in the event of a potable water service disruption lasting more than 10 minutes, body art procedures are not performed or are discontinued until potable water service is restored.
