1. (1) This rule applies to any enclosed indoor place of public access and to publicly owned buildings and offices, except as described in Subsection (2).

2. (2) Only Section R392-510-7, Section R392-510-12, and Subsection R392-510-11(7) of this rule apply to the following:

   1. (a) Native American ceremony as specified in Subsection 26B-7-503(3)(a); and
   2. (b) Areas where smoking is permitted by Subsection 26B-7-503(2).
