1. (1)(a) The operator shall provide adequate containers to prevent the accumulation of solid waste in the labor community.

   1. (b) Solid waste generated at a labor community shall be stored in a container that is:

      1. (i) leak-proof;
      2. (ii) non-absorbent; and
      3. (iii) kept covered with a tight-fitting lid.
2. (2) Solid waste shall be disposed with sufficient frequency and in such a manner as to prevent insect breeding, rodent harborage, or a public health nuisance.
