1. (1) each filter is designed to be easily cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions; and
2. (2) the operator has easy access to the filtration surfaces for inspection and maintenance.

The manager shall ensure that when a filtration system serving a DSA is used in an artificial swimming lagoon to meet water quality standards required in Section R392-304-18, the filtration system complies with Section R392-302-23, except for requirements for design rate of flow, and that:
