- (1) a geothermal pool or geothermal bathing place has a drain that allows complete emptying of the pool;
- (2) a geothermal pool or geothermal bathing place with a submerged drain grate or cover meets the requirements of Section R392-302-21;
- (3) a geothermal pool or geothermal bathing place with a submerged drain meets the anti-entrapment requirements of Section R392-302-21; and
- (4) a geothermal pool or geothermal bathing place has overflow gutters or skimming devices that meet the applicable requirements of Section R392-302-22.
