- (1) The operator shall ensure that a geothermal pool or geothermal bathing place meets the requirements of Section R392-302-9.
- (2) A geothermal pool or geothermal bathing place is exempt from Subsection R392-302-9(1)(c) if the volume is less than or equal to 3,000 gallons and the maximum depth is less than or equal to four feet.
