1. (1) The manager shall ensure that:

   1. (a) each wading pool:

      1. (i) meets any applicable requirement of this rule in addition to this section;
      2. (ii) does not share common circulation, filtration, chemical treatment systems, or a wall with any other pool;
      3. (iii) does not exceed a maximum water depth of two feet;
      4. (iv) has a minimum of one turnover per hour, as described in Table 1;
      5. (v) has a minimum of two equally spaced inlets around the perimeter of the wading pool if the wading pool has wall inlets; and
      6. (vi) with a perimeter that exceeds 20 feet has wall inlets that are spaced at a minimum of one in each 20 feet of pool perimeter or fraction thereof; and

   2. (b) each wading area;

      1. (i) does not exceed a maximum water depth of two feet; and
      2. (ii) has a minimum of one turnover per hour, as described in Table 1.
2. (2) The deck of a wading pool may be included as part of an adjacent pool deck.
