1. (1) This rule applies to any school, as defined, and any associated grounds and accessory structures.

2. (2) This rule does not apply to a:

   1. (a) child care center;
   2. (b) home-based microschool;
   3. (c) home school;
   4. (d) micro-education entity;
   5. (e) place of higher education;
   6. (f) professional school; or
   7. (g) trade school.
