- (1) This rule is authorized under Sections 26B-1-202, 26B-7-402, and 26B-7-416.
- (2) This rule establishes minimum standards for the sanitation, operation, and maintenance of a microenterprise home kitchen, as defined in Section 26B-7-401, and, to safeguard public health and ensure that food is safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented, provides for the prevention and control of health hazards associated with a microenterprise home kitchen.
