Each report required in Section R386-703-3 is confidential and is not open to public inspection. The Department shall maintain the confidentiality of personal information obtained under this rule according to Sections 26B-7-217 through 26B-7-220. Nothing in this rule precludes the discussion of case information with the attending individual, agency, or authorized health personnel.
