- (1) The Injury Reporting Rule is adopted under authority of Sections 26B-7-113 and 26B-7-202.
- (2) The Injury Reporting Rule establishes an injury surveillance and reporting system for specified injuries with the intent of identifying the risk factors that contribute to the causes of injury that can be ameliorated, thereby reducing morbidity and mortality.
