In enforcing or seeking penalties of any violation as set forth in this rule or Sections 26B-7-515 and 26B-7-518, the department and local health departments shall comply with the enforcement provisions found in Title 26B, Chapter 7, Part 5, Regulation of Smoking, Tobacco Products, and Nicotine Products.
