1. (1) The LEA shall provide training annually to all who assist with the screening as follows:

   1. (a) the school nurse shall provide the training; or
   2. (b) those assisting with screening shall view the online module developed by DHHS.
2. (2) The LEA will provide training in compliance with material developed by DHHS.
3. (3) The DHHS will share vision screening training material with a qualified outside entity.

4. (4) The DHHS will create online training for:

   1. (a) tier 1 vision screening;
   2. (b) those who assist with tier 1 vision screening; and
   3. (c) those approved to provide tier 2 vision screening.
