- (1) be diagnosed with a terminal illness;
- (2) have a life expectancy of six months or less;
- (3) present symptoms not adequately managed with standard therapies that may reasonably be expected to be alleviated by medical cannabis; and
- (4) have a recommendation from a RMP who is directly and regularly involved in the individual's medical care.
To qualify for expedited review by the department, an individual submitting the petition must:
