- (1) This rule is authorized by Section 26B-1-202.
(2) The purpose of this rule is to:
- (a) protect clients from abuse, neglect, mistreatment, and exploitation; and
- (b) clarify the expectation of conduct for department providers, their staff, and volunteers who interact with clients.
