- (1) Pursuant to Section 26B-1-202 and Subsection 58-1-307(8), this rule establishes the department's protocols to administer, dispense, and distribute a vaccine, antiviral, antibiotic, or other prescription medication that is not a controlled substance in the event of a declaration of a national, state or local emergency.
- (2) The protocols shall only be in effect during a public health emergency.
