1. (1) Effective July 1, 2022, in accordance with Sections 26B-1-103 and 26B-1-202 the Department of Health and Human Services shall have the authority for all rules made effective under:

   1. (a) Title 26B, Department of Health and Human Services Code;
   2. (b) Title 26, Utah Health Code; and
   3. (c) Title 62A, Utah Human Services Code.
2. (2) Effective July 1, 2022 any rule reference to the Department of Health or the Department of Human Services will refer to the Department of Health and Human Services.
