- (1) This rule is authorized by Sections 26B-1-202 and 52-4-207 which requires any public body that convenes or conducts an electronic meeting to written rules or procedures for such meetings.
- (2) The purpose of this rule is to establish procedures for conducting an electronic meeting of any body created within the Department of Health and Human Services.
