1. (1) "Business entity" means the same as defined in Subsection 63N-3-1001(1).

2. (2) "Business entity" includes:

   1. (a) industry associations;
   2. (b) chambers of commerce;
   3. (c) formally organized coalitions;
   4. (d) private trade schools; and
   5. (e) private educational institutions.

3. (3) "Community development" includes:

   1. (a) collective action to generate solutions for common problems; and
   2. (b) building local capacity to become self-reliant, self-determined, and prepared for the future.
4. (4) "Matching funds" means the portion of project costs not paid by grant funds under this program.
5. (5) "Targeted industry" means the same as defined in Subsection 63N-3-1101(3).
6. (6) "Infrastructure project" means a project that improves the facilities and systems necessary for the economy and firms to function, and contributes to the advancement and growth of businesses.
