1. (1) The awardee shall report to the office and provide documentation evidencing the following metrics for inclusion in the annual report described in section 63N-1a-306:

   1. (a) the number of participants in the program;
   2. (b) the number of participants who have completed training offered by the program;
   3. (c) any additional data needed as required and outlined in the terms of the contract.
