1. (1)(a) Office staff may establish an electronic meeting; and

   1. (b) a member of a public body may request Office staff to establish an electronic meeting and the Office staff may determine whether such request should be granted.
2. (2) A quorum of the public body is not required to be present at a single anchor location for an electronic meeting.

3. (3) A public body member who participates in the electronic meeting remotely shall be included when calculating a quorum if the public body member:

   1. (a) can be visually identified; or
   2. (b) verbally confirms participation.

In accordance with Section 52-4-207, the following shall apply to electronic meetings held by any public body, as defined in Section 52-4-103, within Title 63N, Economic Opportunity Act.
