1. (1) When CCJJ is notified of a judicial vacancy, commission staff shall provide notice of the judicial vacancy:

   1. (a) on a public website designed for posting notice of judicial vacancies; and
   2. (b) to members of the Utah State Bar.

2. (2) The notice shall describe:

   1. (a) the jurisdiction of the judicial vacancy;
   2. (b) the statutory and constitutional requirements for judicial office;
   3. (c) how to apply for the judicial vacancy;
   4. (d) the application deadline; and
   5. (e) the selection process for the judicial vacancy.
