1. (1) In awarding a contract for a procurement item using the request for proposal the CRAU shall isse a Contract for a Procurement Item using the Request for Proposals Process shall issue a Request for Proposals.

2. (2) The CRAU shall include in a Request for Proposals:

   1. (a) a description of the Procurement Item that the CRAU seeks;
   2. (b) instructions for submitting a proposal, including the deadline for submitting a proposal;
   3. (c) the objective criteria including, if applicable, cost, and subjective criteria that the CRAU will use to evaluate proposals;
   4. (d) information about the time and manner of opening proposals; and
   5. (e) terms and conditions that the CRAU intends to include in a Contract resulting from the Request for Proposals Process.
3. (3) The CRAU shall publish a Request for Proposals as determined by the Procurement Official in accordance R354-1-105.
