1. (1) This rule applies to the CRAU.

2. (2) A Procurement professional is subject to this rule at any time during:

   1. (a) the Procurement process; and
   2. (b) the administration of a Contract or Grant.

3. (3) A Contract Administration professional is subject to this rule at any time during the period the Contract Administration professional is:

   1. (a) under Contract with the CRAU; and

   2. (b) involved in:

      1. (i) the Procurement process; or
      2. (ii) the administration of a Contract or Grant.

4. (4) This rule does not apply to:

   1. (a) an individual described in Subsection R354-15-102(9)(b); or
   2. (b) any individual other than a Procurement professional or Contract Administration professional;
5. (5) The R354 within this section do not affect the applicability or effect of any other ethics, bribery, or other law.
