1. (1)(a) The CRAU may purchase a Procurement Item from another public entity.

   1. (b) A purchase under Subsection (1)(a) is not subject to the Procurement requirements of this Procurement Procedure.

   2. (c)(i) Subsection (1)(a) does not authorize the CRAU to obtain a Procurement Item under a Contract of another public entity.

      1. (ii) Subsection (1)(c)(i) does not affect the authority of the CRAU relating to a Cooperative Procurement under Subsection R354-14- 105(1)(b).
2. (2) The CRAU may publish a schedule of costs or fees for Procurement Items available for purchase by another public entity.
