1. (1) The Procurement Official may allow a Vendor to correct an Immaterial Error in a Responsive Solicitation Response as provided in this section.

2. (2)(a) The CRAU that allows a Vendor to correct an Immaterial Error in a Responsive Solicitation Response shall:

   1. (i) require the Vendor to submit the correction in writing; and

      1. (ii) establish a deadline by which the Vendor is required to correct the Immaterial Error.
   2. (b) The CRAU may not allow a Vendor to correct an Immaterial Error in a Responsive Solicitation Response after the deadline established under Subsection (2)(a).
