1. "Director" means the director as defined in Section R317-1-1.
2. "Freestanding Pollution Control Property" means freestanding pollution control property as defined in Subsection 19-12-102(6).
3. "Treatment Works" means treatment works as defined in Section R317-1-1.
4. "Waste" means waste as defined in Section R317-1-1.
5. "Water Pollution" means pollution as defined in Section R317-1-1.
