1. (1) if the owner or operator establishes alternate financial assurance as approved by the Director; or
2. (2) if the owner or operator is released from the financial assurance requirements by the Director after meeting the conditions and requirements of Subsections R315-302-3(7)(b) and (c) or Subsection R315-308-3(2)(c), whichever is applicable.

The owner or operator of a solid waste facility may terminate or cancel an active financial assurance mechanism under the following conditions:
