1. (1) "Class IIIa Landfill" means a landfill as defined by Subsection R315-301-2(9) that may accept:

   1. (a) any nonhazardous industrial waste;
   2. (b) waste that is exempt from hazardous waste rules under Section R315-261-4; or
   3. (c) very small quantity generator hazardous waste as defined by Section R315-260-10.

2. (2) "Class IIIb Landfill" means a landfill as defined by Subsection R315-301-2(9) that:

   1. (a) may only accept the following, unless otherwise approved by the director;

      1. (i) solid waste that is exempt from hazardous waste rules under Subsections R315-261-4(b)(4), R315-261-4(b)(5), and R315-261-4(b)(7); or
      2. (ii) nonhazardous industrial solid waste not listed in Subsection R315-261-4(b); and
   2. (b) may not accept very small quantity generator hazardous waste as defined by Section R315-260-10.

Terms used in Rule R315-304 are defined in Section R315-301-2. In addition the following definitions apply to Rule R315-304.
