- (a) The rules in Sections R315-266-200 through R315-266-206 identify when military munitions become a solid waste, and, if these wastes are also hazardous under Sections R315-266-200 through R315-266-206 or Rule R315-261, the management standards that apply to these wastes.
- (b) Unless otherwise specified in Sections R315-266-200 through R315-266-206, the applicable requirements in Rules R315-260 through R315-270 apply to waste military munitions.
