1. (a) A generator of hazardous secondary material, or an intermediate or reclamation facility, that accumulates 6,000 kg or less of hazardous secondary material at any time shall comply with Sections R315-261-410 and R315-261-411.
2. (b) A generator of hazardous secondary material, or an intermediate or reclamation facility that accumulates more than 6,000 kg of hazardous secondary material at any time shall comply with Sections R315-261-410 and R315-261-420.
3. (c) Facilities receiving refrigerant from off-site under Sections R315-266-600 through R315-266-602 that are not transfer facilities that store the refrigerants for less than ten days shall comply with Sections R315-261-410 and R315-261-420.

The requirements of Sections R315-261-400, R315-261-410, R315-261-411, and R315-261-420 apply to those areas of an entity managing hazardous secondary materials excluded under Subsection R315-261-4(a)(23) or R315-261-4(a)(24) or both where hazardous secondary materials are generated or accumulated on site, and facilities regulated under the standards in Sections R315-266-600 through R315-266-602 that receive ignitable spent refrigerant from off-site and that are not transfer facilities that store the refrigerants for less than ten days.
