Applicability

Effective Apr 25, 20139-6-1003Environmental Quality

(a) manufacturers of vehicles sold in the State of Utah;
(b) vehicles that may contain one or more mercury switches;
(c) mercury switches; and
(d) persons removing mercury switches from vehicles.
