1. (1) R313-21 establishes general licenses for the possession and use of radioactive material contained in certain items and a general license for ownership of radioactive material.
2. (2) The rules set forth herein are adopted pursuant to the provisions of Sections 19-3-104(3)and 19-3-104(6).
