1. (1) A licensee or registrant shall perform upon instructions from a representative of the Director or shall permit the representative to perform reasonable tests as the representative deems appropriate or necessary including, but not limited to, tests of:

   1. (a) sources of radiation;
   2. (b) facilities wherein sources of radiation are used or stored;
   3. (c) radiation detection and monitoring instruments; and
   4. (d) other equipment and devices used in connection with utilization or storage of licensed or registered sources of radiation.
